These young clients starting a family had one young child and one on the way. They wanted to raise their family in a relaxed rural setting and had purchased a great 40 acre rural block 45 minutes from the Canberra CBD. They had designs and plans when we were contacted to assist them to put all the pieces together. We came highly recommended by their neighbors whom we had built for as well as we have done several other rural homes in this area. We not only built the home for them but all the infrastructure required for it also. Overhead power from the road to the block, underground power service from the pole to the house, worm farm sewage system, large capacity rainwater tanks, deck area and garage.
